We are licensed by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA). Our licence number is 003998. We seek to provide property advice. Any personal data that you provide to us may be used for the following purposes; 

- To contact you in relation to, and to provide you with, all property services including sales, lettings, property management & consultantancy 

- To respond to queries that you have submitted to us to seek your views on our site and services 

- To send you information about your accounts 

In the course of our business with you some of this information may be handed over to third parties that you have consented to in advance, such as your Accountant or Solicitor. 

Any of these third parties will use this information for the purpose in delivering the service in question unless you have agreed otherwise.

Information collected may assist us in carryout screening checks including reference checks, Directorship, identity for example. Without your personal data we may not be able to progress considering you for positions or properties.

We are obliged under certain regulations such as ‘Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. This information is for our use only in order to comply with regulations. 

We require two sets of separate identification documents one primary (such as valid EU/EEA/Switzerland photo driving licence or national identity card) and one secondary document (such as utility bill dated within the last 6 months) even if it appears on both lists.
